A mystery for #miniature Monday: what is this book?

This miniature book, printed in Arabic, is part of our miniature book collection, and it has not yet been cataloged. Our acquisition record is not at all helpful at identifying the text, and the book’s size and tight binding made it incredibly difficult to photograph.

Since I can’t read the book, my favorite feature is the binding’s built-in magnifying glass

Mystery deepens: Does THIS look familiar? :) Dan Freidus suggested to me that you may have a reproduction of that Quran.
